Mike Radcliff is CEO and Senior Advisor for The Radcliff Group LLC, providing independent counsel to management of businesses in diverse industries ranging from $100 million to $10 billion in annual sales.

Mike specializes in guiding organizations through challenging technology-enabled business transformation, serving as an independent senior advisor to boards of directors, CEO, CFO, CIO, and business presidents. He presents thirty years of leadership achievement in senior executive roles encompassing information technology, international business services, strategy development and execution, business design and start-up, customer service operations, supply chain management, finance, and general management.  Mike has served in the positions of VP, CIO, CTO, senior VP, sector president, CEO, director, and chairman. His executive and advisory experience is both global and varied in the industrial sector, including:  Honeywell, Ingersoll-Rand, Owens-Corning, STERIS, American Electric Power, DSC Logistics, H&E Equipment Services -- also consumer markets:  Time-Warner Cable, Dell Computer, Backwater-Bay Ventures, Town-Sports International -- and technology: Affiliated Computer Services (now Xerox), Tavant Technologies, Deloitte, Southern Research Institute, and SAP Americas | Asia-Pacific | Japan. Board experience includes: Tavant Technologies, Owens-Corning Korea, Integrex, Hope at The Point Foundation, and the SAP Independent Advisory Council. Mike is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Fisher College of Business.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Systems Professional, and member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, National Association of Corporate Directors, and Certified Professional Director.
